Keeping a gratitude journal was a valuable part of my emotional healing journey. It is now part of my morning routine. When you are in a sad season of life or just going through the motions of everyday life; it is easy to forget all the little blessings that surround you.
For 5 days, we will keep a journal and write down 3-5 things we are grateful for. Keeping a journal doesn't have to be anything fancy. Grab a notebook, journal, scratch paper or your notes app on your smart phone.
All information will be in our Authentic & Radiant Women's FB Group. Starting October 12th, I will go Live every morning to share a new tip on journaling, share a daily affirmation or just give some encouragement love to you all; and then in the afternoons we will have a check-in post. The check-in post is just there for you to say 'Yes I wrote in my journal today' or to ask any questions. You do not need to share anything that you write.
