30 Day Gratitude Journaling Challenge

Gratitude journaling is where you record what you are grateful for on a daily basis. It's a little different than other journaling techniques because it is something that should be practiced on a daily basis to experience the full effects.

Gratitude journaling can improve your mental and physical wellness as it can improve your sleep, mood, strengthens your self-worth, helps you celebrate the present,  and increases your self-awareness to all the blessings that are happening in and around you.

For 30 days, challenge yourself to make a list of 3-5 things you are grateful for. Each day should be different from one another so you can experience your gratitude growing.
