Stop Running on Empty: A Better Way to Do Business (With Energy Left Over)
There was a time not long ago when I felt like I was dragging myself through every day.
I was passionate about the work I was doing, deeply called to serve faith-driven women in business, but I was completely exhausted. By 2 or 3 pm, I would hit a wall. Every. Single. Day. My focus would disappear. My motivation would tank.

And I’d find myself staring at my screen, wondering how I was supposed to keep going when my brain felt foggy and my body felt heavy. I was doing all the “right” things—eating gluten-free (thank you, Celiac), taking my vitamins, trying to manage my time and energy—but nothing was helping me feel good again.

I didn’t want to quit.
But I knew I couldn’t keep building my business like this.
And maybe that’s where you are right now, too.

What If It’s Not Just Burnout—But a Sign to Reset?
As Christian women in business, we carry so much—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
We lead with our hearts. We give to our families, our clients, our communities.
But somewhere along the way, many of us stop pouring into ourselves.
We forget that our body is the vessel God gave us to fulfill the calling He placed in us.
And if that vessel is constantly depleted, we can’t pour into anyone else.
That’s where I was—until I decided to take my energy and wellness seriously.

My Faith-Fueled Wellness Reset
When I started using the Limitless Trio, everything changed.
Here’s what that looked like for me:
  • The Functional Coffee became part of my morning quiet time with the Lord. I drink it iced and add a splash of Nut Pods dairy-free creamer (I grab it from Thrive Market!). It’s the perfect start to my day—and it gives me the energy I need to actually enjoy my workouts again.

  • The Power of 3 supplement is part of my breakfast routine. It helps me feel fueled, focused, and calm without any jittery side effects.

  • The Watermelon Berry Hydration is my post-lunch pick-me-up. It’s refreshing, delicious, and gives me that extra boost to stay productive and present through the rest of the afternoon.
Since starting this wellness routine, I no longer crash at 3pm. I’m not reaching for sugar or caffeine to stay awake. I’m clear-headed, energized, and motivated to do the things I’ve been called to do. And for the first time in a long time, I feel like my wellness is supporting my purpose, not sabotaging it.

Wellness as Leadership
Through Radiant Leadership Academy, I learned something powerful that I now live by:
“You cannot lead others well if you’re not leading yourself.”
That means stewarding your physical health, your mindset, and your walk with the Lord with intentionality and grace. Not with hustle. Not with guilt. But with purpose.
I used to feel bad for needing rest.

Now I see rest, nourishment, and wellness as part of my obedience.
God didn’t call us to run our businesses into the ground—He called us to build with Him, in alignment with His design for our lives.
And that includes taking care of the body He entrusted to us.

3 Simple Ways to Reset Your Energy Without Overwhelm
If you’re feeling like you’re constantly running on empty, here are three small shifts that made a big difference for me:

1. Start Your Day with God and Fuel
Instead of diving into work or scrolling, start your day with a devotional or quiet time, and pair it with something that supports your energy (like functional coffee or a morning hydration routine).

2. Build a Wellness Rhythm, Not a Routine
You don’t need a 20-step plan. You need a few consistent habits that support you—physically, mentally, and spiritually. For me, it’s coffee + prayer in the morning, movement during the day, and hydration and supplements that I can stick with.

3. Nourish Yourself Like You’re Worth It
Because you are. Whether it’s drinking more water, prioritizing your sleep, or choosing to finally try something new for your wellness, remind yourself that this isn’t extra. It’s essential.

You Don’t Have to Do Business in Survival Mode
You are allowed to feel good again.
To build a business that doesn’t drain you.
To create, lead, and serve from a place of overflow.

I see you. I was you.

And I want to lovingly say: you don’t have to run on empty anymore.
There’s a better way.
And it starts with taking care of you.

Get to Know Jenna!

Hello and welcome - I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jenna, a Christian woman in business navigating celiac life, cozy routines, and the kind of leadership that begins with meeting with the Lord. For years, I tried building my business the world’s way and found myself tired, scattered, and striving. Everything shifted when I slowed down, invited God back into my work, and learned to build my life and business from a place of peace instead of pressure.

Now I share gentle, faith-led routines for women who are craving clarity, simplicity, and a more intentional way to live and lead. Around here, you’ll find journaling tips and prompts, cozy routines, quiet-time ideas, tips for taking care of yourself as a leader, and encouragement for creating a life that feels sustainable and aligned with who God is shaping you to become. I offer courses and resources for Christian women in business, but they flow from a place of rest, overflow, and deep connection with the Lord.

And because I believe our everyday life matters just as much as our leadership, you’ll also find pieces of my world woven throughout this space - I’m a dog mom to two sweet English Springer Spaniels, Zoey and Lily, who join me on daily walks and summer boating days with my husband. I love reading cozy mysteries, strolling the gluten-free aisles to discover new finds, learning and growing through personal development, and baking gluten-free treats in the kitchen. My heart is to help you slow down, hear God’s voice again, and build a life, and if you choose, a business that reflects His peace, purpose, and presence.
