As Christian women in business, we carry a lot. Not just schedules and tasks, but the weight of visibility, expectations, and a quiet fear that if we stop striving… We’ll fall behind.
But here’s the truth God has been whispering to my heart lately: You don’t have to prove anything. You just have to be Mine.
The Pressure to Perform
The Pressure to Perform
I’ve felt it more times than I can count.
- The pressure to stay consistent online
- The pressure to be “on” for my audience
- The pressure to keep everything growing - even when I’m feeling low
But God never called us to build businesses fueled by pressure.
He called us to build with peace, presence, and partnership with Him.
What Radiant Leadership Academy Taught Me
What Radiant Leadership Academy Taught Me
In RLA, I learned what it truly means to lead from a place of alignment. That before I lead anyone else, I have to first lead myself. And that leadership doesn’t look like burnout - it looks like grace and stewardship. This program shifted everything for me. It gave me permission to prioritize rest, to slow down and listen, and to stop proving and start partnering with God.
That’s why I’m so excited to take the next step: I’ll be going through the Radiant Leadership Coaching program this year, to teach Radiant Leadership Academy to other women soon. This message has changed my life - and I can’t wait to help more Christian women in business experience the same breakthrough.

Rest as a Leadership Strategy
Rest isn’t weakness.
It’s wisdom.
It’s how we stay connected to God’s voice.
It’s how we reset our nervous system.
It’s how we restore our body so we can lead with clarity.
For me, that rest now looks like:
- Midday walks or journaling sessions instead of hustling
- Evenings that invite quiet, rest, and the freedom to stop striving.
This rhythm didn’t just heal my body. It healed my leadership.

If You’ve Been Feeling the Pressure…

If You’ve Been Feeling the Pressure…
Let this be your permission slip: You don’t have to keep up with everyone else. You don’t have to chase validation. You don’t have to prove your worth through output. You’re already deeply loved. Already called. Already worthy. And you’re allowed to lead from that place, not to earn it, but because it’s already yours.
