The Struggle is Real
Do you ever feel like you have to be everywhere and do everything all at once? Yeah? Me too.

For me, I think it’s because I put too much pressure on myself to be the best version of myself. The truth is though, that sometimes I try way too hard to be perfect or to make sure everyone else is happy and then I just get exhausted. I worry too much about what other people think or what they will say about me.

I shouldn’t even care what others are saying or thinking about me. I’m learning to weed out the toxic relationships in my life. It’s hard, but why surround yourself with those who just pull you down? It’s time to say goodbye to the energy vampires in our lives.

I’ve also learned that I need to set better boundaries for myself so I can accomplish what it is that I truly enjoy and to balance everything more properly and focus on what is best for my life journey.

One of the areas I need to do a better job at is making sure I get my workout in right away in the morning. I feel SO good when I get it done right away - my energy stays consistent throughout the day, my stress level is lower too, and the day just seems to go smoother.

Setting boundaries for yourself is so important. What is something you wish you had more time for? We all have the same amount of time in a day. How can you fit what is important to you into your daily routine? Or maybe you already have it all figured it. If you have it all figured out, girl, please let us all in on your secret!
